FROSTED MANGO / PRODUCT + GO-TO-MARKET

Fractional product leadership for growing startups

Fractional product leadership for growing startups

Helping seed and Series A startups bring more clarity and structure to product strategy, customer insight, positioning, and go-to-market strategy as they scale.

01 / THE STRATEGIC INFLECTION POINT

Building something has never been easier. Building the right thing is still hard.

A prototype can come together in days. New features can ship in weeks. Content can be generated in minutes. But faster output doesn’t necessarily mean better decisions.

The harder questions start to matter more: what should we actually build next, which customer requests matter, and why does a promising conversation lose momentum? Those problems require someone to connect the dots and decide where to focus.

02 / FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP

Fractional leadership, without adding a full-time role.

You’ve proven there’s something here. Now the challenge is figuring out what deserves attention next — and making sure the product, the story, and the teams behind them are moving in the same direction.

A / PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Build the right things, in the right order.

For teams that have traction but need more structure around product decisions. Product strategy and roadmaps, customer research, feedback synthesis, feature prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

B / PRODUCT MARKETING

Make it clear why the product matters.

For companies with a strong product that need a sharper way to connect it to the people it can help most. Positioning, messaging, sales enablement, GTM strategy, and funnel analysis.

Sometimes the problem sits clearly on one side. Often, product and product marketing are intertwined — which is why I can work across both.

03 / HOW WE WORK

When growth starts creating more questions than answers.

Think of it as experienced leadership, without forcing a full-time hire before you need one. I can work directly with a founder, embed alongside product and engineering, partner with sales and marketing, or add capacity to an existing leader.

The work shifts with the business. One month we might be untangling a roadmap and interviewing customers. The next we might be refining positioning, rebuilding a sales narrative, or testing a new go-to-market idea.

04 / THE PERSPECTIVE BEHIND THE WORK

A career built across product, technology, and people.

A career built across product, technology, and people.

I started as a software engineer, then moved into enterprise SaaS sales, and eventually into product leadership and marketing. Along the way, I completed an MBA from Kellogg. The path taught me that great product decisions rarely belong to just one department.

When I work with a company, I’m not thinking about “the marketing answer” or “the product answer” in isolation. I’m thinking about whether the story makes sense to the customer, whether sales can use it, whether engineering understands why it matters, and whether the roadmap supports where the business is trying to go.

The goal is to create clarity that carries across the company, not just within one team.

06 / WHAT MATTERS NEXT

Your company doesn’t need more activity. It needs clarity on what matters next.
